Larch Valley Hike

Experience one of the Canadian Rockies’ most iconic hikes with this guided trek from Larch Valley to Sentinel Pass. Starting at the turquoise shores of Moraine Lake, the trail winds through lush larch forests and opens into a stunning alpine basin framed by the towering peaks of the Valley of the Ten Peaks. Led by an ACMG-certified guide, you'll continue to the top of Sentinel Pass for expansive mountain vistas.

The Program

Transportation from your hotel to Moraine Lake and Larch Valley is included. This hike blends moderate challenge with breathtaking scenery, suitable for all ages with a reasonable level of fitness and the ability to hike for 5–6 hours. The trail is well-defined, with varied terrain, and offers a truly unforgettable alpine experience.

Itinerary

• Meet your guide at your hotel for transportation to Moraine Lake
• Hike from Larch Valley to Sentinel Pass, enjoying alpine scenery and forested trails
• Return via the same route to Moraine Lake for transportation back to your hotel
