Job Title: Adventure Coordinator
Location: Banff, Alberta.
Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays (4 days per week). Additional hours may be
available.
Hourly Rate: $20-22 (dependent on experience) + Office Gratuities Summer Retention Bonus: Paid out at the end of October. Rate will be discussed upon hiring. Start date: April 22nd

Responsibilities:
. Provide excellent customer service via phone calls, emails, and inquiries
. Accurately file incoming emails and bookings
. Maintain and update schedules by adding bookings
. Coordinate final logistics and communicate with clients
. Cross-check program details for accuracy
. Greet and provide customer service to walk-in clientele
. Other relevant duties as required
Requirements:
. Strong customer service skills
. Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
. Organized
. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
. Prior book-keeping experience
. Familiarity with Zaui and Checkfront Booking Systems is considered an asset
